DDP  ( Destain- Decarbonize - Presoak) has been specially developed for initial cleaning of soiled dishes, pots, pans, tray, trollies and utensils.

This product removes stains and obstinate dirt on porcelain, plastic, and metal dishes without causing any damage.

DDP contains special ingredients to protect metal surfaces and is therefore also suited for use non ferrous- and light metals (e.g. aluminum).

Fill a sink with water and place the soiled dishes in it. Add Dip-it Plus and let dissolve completely. Then heat the water to 50 – 70°C and let the cleaning solution work for another five to ten minutes. Agitate as required.  For baking trays or trolleys carbon soiling may require agitatation with a mildly abrasive pad.

Afterwards thoroughly rinse the dishes with clear water or clean in a dishwasher.
