Basic Course in Food Safety
for Catering - Level 2
A course for all food handlers.
A 1 day - 6 hour course, immediately followed by a multiple choice exam under strict examination conditions.

Intermediate Course in Food Safety
A course designed for
Supervisory level.
A 3 day course followed immediately by a multiple choice exam under strict examination conditions.

Advanced Course in Food Safety
A course for those directly responsible for the management of any food handling premise.
A 5 day intensive course followed within 30 days with 2 x written assignments - after further 30 days a 2 1/2 hour written exam under strict examination conditions.
